For a not so serious back injury?
Posted by: | CommentsI heard it is beneficial to hang oneself from the arms from one of those gym machines and let the body’s weight do its thing to put all vertebrae in the right spot again.
I have a minor injury, I lifted a heavy thing and got lumbago. Gone to see the quiro several times now, but it doesn’t seem to help a lot, I am still kind of stiff.
Suggestions much appreciated.

Dear Dr. Donohue: I am 57 and play softball twice a week and racquetball two to three times a week. My job requires an extreme amount of physical exertion. I am able to do this in spite of my earlier years of partying with no regard for exercise. When I turned 50, I stopped all the negative activities and became health-conscious.

Car Accident and I was at fault: rules on other party claiming neck and back injury?
Posted by: | CommentsI rear ended a car at an intersection as the car stopped for a green light. I was at fault. The police and ambulance came, but everyone declined medical services. Both me, police and fire asked the other driver multiple times if the driver was fine and the driver said he was. The driver and I both drove our cars home the scene. What are rulesa civil suit for injuries and stuff? Since the driver said he was fine than he waived his rights? I am only worried about a civil suit as insurance will cover all else.
I was electrocuted 5 months ago and my upper back got all torn up. I still have a lot of pain and some mobility problems, which makes it hard to be as active as I used to be. I don’t eat crazy amounts of food or anything, in fact–we eat pretty healthy. Still, I’ve put on probably 10 lbs and it’s really bumming me out. What can I do?
