The pain seemed to begin yesterday when I happened to have a hard cough and then just got worse and worse as the day wore on. When I woke up this morning, I could barely move and then came the excruciating almost unbearable pain of the muscle spasms when I tried to move. I have been flat on my back for most of the day and whenever a spasm hits it feels like I am in hell. I am taking Magnesium Salicylate every 6 hours but it doesn’t seem to be helping much. Will there be any improvement and natural healing of the muscle that is causing all of this within a few days or am I doomed? Otherwise I have kept myself in good shape and I am not overweight. I’m 31. Thank you.
